Alfonso Vittoria, 80, of Coral Springs, Florida, passed away at home on September 3, 2025 with his family at his side.

Born in Palena, Italy on May 30, 1945 to Giovanni and Concetta Vittoria, Alfonso was the youngest of their children.

Al then left Palena for Chicago, Illinois in the early 1960s to live with his brother Falco. He and Annamaria Michicich married on September 9, 1967. At that time Al began his career as an automobile salesman. Around 1974, Al and Ann and their two children, Tina and Tony, left Chicago for warmer weather and moved to North Miami Beach where Al continued to work in the auto sales industry. In 1980, their third child, Giovanni was born.

In 1995, the family moved to Coral Springs and have continued to live there since.

Those who knew Al, whether as a friend or relative, appreciated his love and his zest for life—which did include cars, cards, and a nice wine! He always loved and missed his hometown of Palena including his relatives and friends.

Alfonso is survived by his beloved wife, Annamaria; his daughter Tina (Jason) Gelinas; his son Tony (Tatiana); and his son Giovanni Vittoria; and grandchildren: Brennen, Holden, and Caden Gelinas, and Milana Vittoria. He is survived by his brother Ettore, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who are all over the world, from Italy, to Chicago, to California and in between.
