Andor Piere Dora, 59, of Lake City, FL passed away on May 4, 2021.
Born in Oklahoma on July 16, 1961 to Andor Istvan Dora and Zoila Dora. He is survived by his children, NormaJean (Roger) Sorto and Andy Dora, Jr.; grandchildren, Mya, Katia, Sophia, Brodie, Keira, and Xander; and his siblings, Russell, Lolly, Debra, Richie, Gina, Robert, and ZoilaJean.
Andor was affectionately referred to as Andy or Pete and was a Master Carpenter with "Hands of Gold". He had a huge heart and loved to take care of his family especially in times of need. He was an extremely hard working man and with God's grace the epitome of a rebuilt man. He would teach the trade to anyone who wanted to work along with him and learn. In his free time he loved to go boating or ride his Harley. His children were his pride and joy and at the end of every call or goodbye were countless "I love you's". Once he was blessed with grandchildren he would lovingly sneak them candy, snacks, and toys as they became his world.
"When you're a carpenter making a beautiful chest of drawers, you're not going to use a piece of plywood on the back, even though it faces the wall and nobody will ever see it. You'll know it's there, so you're going to use a beautiful piece of wood on the back. For you to sleep well at night, the aesthetic, the quality, has to be carried all the way through"
