Carolyn Yvonne Bullard was born on November 16, 1939, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Catherine and Taylor Jones. The youngest of their daughters, she attended Atlanta Public schools graduating from Turner High School.

While visiting relatives in Hollywood, Florida, she met and married Clifford Bullard in 1958, and together they had one daughter.  Both her husband and sister, Betty Jean Jones-Bynum, preceded her in death.

Carolyn worked for Walgreens Pharmacy and later served as a bookkeeper and switchboard operator at Sunland Training Center for the intellectually disabled. Her hobbies included card games, puzzles, cooking, music, travel, Westerns, bingo and baseball, with a special love for the Atlanta Braves.

In her later years, she lived at Celebration Villas in Deerfield Beach, Florida, where she participated in the garden club and other activities, making many friends. Known for her warmth and kindness, she was loved by all who knew her.

Carolyn passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026, survived by her daughter Angela Clark, grandson Dwayne Clark, granddaughter Hannah Clark, and a host of family and friends.
