The Moore family is saddened to announce the passing of their beloved Ellen. In lieu of flowers, food or other expressions of sympathy, the family is requesting donations Here.

David, Ellen's beloved husband, prepared the following:

On April 28th I lost my bride of nearly 49 years. My heart is broken but what gives me strength is remembering her devotion to our family and friends. She fearlessly protected our children and God help any of their friends that she thought was leading them down the wrong path.
When our grandchildren started to arrive she found a new passion and a new devotion. She loved to be a grandmother which included babysitting, picking them up from school and bringing them home and feeding them whatever they wanted. Grandma's pasta will always be in their memories.

For nearly 2 years she fought a long hard battle with pancreatic cancer but always told everyone that God knows from the beginning when it's time for you to go.
