Erika Brigitta Mintman, 82, of Coconut Creek, FL passed away peacefully on September 24, 2023. Erika was born in Saldenburg, Germany on September 4, 1941 to Karl and Amalie Merker.

Erika was the loving wife for 41 years of an Air Force veteran. Erika and Greg moved from Hatterath, Germany to Florida to be closer to their two daughters in 2009. She enjoyed gardening, shopping and decorating her home. Erika had a sweet tooth and loved her chocolate and especially her favorite cookies and cake.

She is preceded in passing by her husband, Gregory (Greg) Lewis Mintman.

Erika is survived by her two daughters, Andrea and Tanya; her son-in-law, Chris; her sister, Hedi; brother-in-law, Paul; and many nieces and nephews.

Erika will be laid to rest at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
