Felipe Carraro Benitez, 15, was born in Florida on July 19th, 2010 and passed away suddenly on January 23rd, 2026 in the early hours of the night in his hometown of Deerfield Beach, Florida. He spent most of his life at his home in Deerfield Beach and was a freshman in High School when he passed.

Felipe loved animals, traveling with his family, superheroes, and watching movies in theaters. As a kid, he loved trains and goofing around with anyone who would chase him and make him belly laugh. As a teen, he loved playing with his cats (Milo and Sunny especially) and his random outbursts of laughter when watching youtube videos on the couch will stay with us forever. He had the best heart and despite having autism, was always keenly aware of everyone's feelings, described as a sweetheart and kind by anyone who met him. Animals would often gravitate towards him, sensing that he was a pure soul who we were all lucky to know.

He is survived by his mother, Thelma Carraro; father, Walter Andres Benitez; and sisters, Alessa and Rafaella Faria; as well as tons of family and friends who love him and will miss him greatly.
