Florence Gordon was born September 16, 1928 and went to heaven on December 30, 2022. Her parents, Charles and Sadie Dinkelmeyer, and sister, Dorothy "Fritzie" Francke, preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Michael Gordon; daughter, Gale; sons, Michael, Jr., and Glenn; and brother, Charles Dinkelmyer, Jr. She has 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren to cherish her memory. Her family was her world. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She obtained a Masters Degree in Education and was a successful teacher in the field of Health Information Management, teaching adults at the Vocational and University levels. She was proud of all of her students who went on to have very successful career in health care. She was bestowed the prestigious honor of Outstanding Professional in her field of expertise in 1992.

Florence had a very blessed life traveling the world with her husband and many friends. She had a loving and devoted husband and was proud of her children and grandchildren who have grown to be successful professional adults.

She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
