Mrs. Adelheid "Heidi" Rupp, 86, of Pompano Beach, FL passed away April 6, 2026. Heidi was born in Germany on August 11, 1939, to the late Ernst and Katharina Gross. She leaves behind her husband of 62 years, Henry; daughter Monica Ochs (Michael); nephew Charles Moore (Crystal); niece Melinda Holtfreter (Andrew)

Heidi moved from Germany to the USA with her parents and sister Karoline when she was 14 years old where they settled in Michigan. She attended high school and after graduation enrolled in Michigan Beauty College and became a cosmetologist. She loved to create embroidery and correspond with family and friends through cards and letters. Heidi loved animals, spending time in nature and was a very caring and loving person to everyone she knew.

A service to celebrate Heidi's life will be on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Calvary Chapel 2101 W Cypress Creek Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in memory of Heidi to the Humane Society of Broward County .
