JoAnn Savastano, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt passed away peacefully at her home on July 14, 2026, at the age of 69.

Born on October 20, 1956, in North Miami Beach, Florida, JoAnn was the daughter of the late Joseph Vendola and Mildred Williams. She was also preceded in death by her dear brothers, Michael Vendola and Joey Vendola; and her beloved son, Joseph John Savastano.

JoAnn's greatest joy in life was her family, and her legacy lives on through those she loved so deeply. She is survived by her devoted sons, Nicholas John Savastano Jr. and Jason Michael Savastano, along with her daughter-in-laws, Amanda Savastano and Jennifer Savastano.
She was the proud and adoring grandmother of Joseph Tyler Chavis, Kasen Buzhardt, Gabriella Savastano, Nicholas Savastano III, Jason Savastano Jr., Joseph Savastano, Elliana Savastano, Ava Savastano, and Theodore Savastano. JoAnn was also blessed to be a great-grandmother to Joseph Tyler Chavis Jr. and an aunt to Michael Joseph Vendola Jr.

Her warmth, love, and presence will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
