It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, John, on October 21, 2024. He was 35 years old and touched the lives of all who knew him with his infectious spirit and warm heart.

John had a deep passion for the outdoors, particularly freshwater fishing, where he found joy and tranquility. He was also a devoted fan of the Dolphins and Hurricanes football teams. Watching games from home with family, his enthusiasm was always palpable, as he cherished the time spent together during game days filled with laughter and spirited discussions.

John is survived by his parents, John and Theresa Woodward (Vercillo); his sisters, Nicole (Jason) King, Christina (Ross) Fallacaro, and Noelle; his grandparents, James and Elsbeth Woodward; and three cherished nieces and nephews, Juliana, Stella, and Dominic. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Louis Vercillo. They will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

John will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His love for nature, passion for sports, and kindness toward others will continue to live on in all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Visiting hours will begin at 1:00 PM with an open casket, continuing from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM with a closed casket. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM. Immediately following the service, the family will receive guests at the residence of Nicole & Jason King, 11017 NW 28 Street, Coral Springs, FL 33065.
