Obituary

Joseph Paul Del Gardo, Jr., 46, of Coconut Creek, FL passed away unexpectedly on January 16, 2021. He was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL, one of two children to Joseph and Deborah Del Gardo.

Joey had a passion for all types of cars. He also enjoyed his career remodeling homes, which included painting, furniture repair, and bathroom updates. A friendly soul, Joey befriended everyone he met.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Kelly Ann Rivera; and his fiancé, Karen Knapik. Joey is survived by his parents, Joe and Deb; his aunts and uncles, Janice (John) Donofrio, John (Corinne) Del Gardo, Michael (Cathy) Del Gardo and Roseanne Del Gardo; his nieces and nephew, Kayla Rose Del Gardo, Jayda Rivera and Kelden Rivera; and his beloved dog, Karma.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 3:00 PM with a Memorial Gathering Reception to follow.
