Kirkland Kyle Thomas (Kerki) was born on April 30, 1990 in Ft. Gordon, GA. As a child, Kerki was always fond of sports, especially basketball. He was a big fan of Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat. Kerki graduated from Glenn Hills High School and had plans to attend South Carolina State University. Kerki always had a big heart and loved helping people. In high school, he often translated for parents and loved helping out in the Day Program he attended. No matter what challenges or struggles Kerki faced in life he always stayed positive, kept a smile on his face, would love to joke around, help others, and above all things, he kept his faith in God. Kerki will always be remembered for his big smile, love of snacks and most of all his unconditional love he will always have for his mother!
