Livia Starr, 75, of Margate, Florida, passed away on July 30th, 2021 at her home in Margate. Livia was born in Viento Frio, Rep. of Panama on February 6th, 1946 to Anastasio Forsythe and Serafina Salazar. She worked as a electronics assembler for Burroughs and ABB for 40 years combined. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and famiy, shopping, traveling and studying the bible.

She is preceded in passing by her husband, Ralph Starr. Livia is survived by her son, Brent Starr, and daughter, Grace Galarneau.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations be made to The March Of Dimes.
