Manuel S. Dias, better known by some as Manny, Sonny or Deck, went to be with our Lord on July 14, 2024 in Margate, FL at age 86. He was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on April 14, 1938. He went to Somerset High School where he met the love of his life, Myra S. Tavares. Manuel wed Myra on November 28, 1957.

Manny enlisted in the Navy in 1956 and was stationed in Norfolk, VA. He served as radioman on the USS Northampton. Most of Manny's career was in the automotive industry. He really loved his trade and spent a lot of his life in search of the next vehicle. The family would laugh when he would say, "This is my last vehicle!"

His parents, Manuel and Charlotte Dias; his son, Kenneth; and his siblings, Antone, Richard and Cora preceded him in death.

Manny is survived by his siblings, Nora, Rose Delores, and Gerald; his children, David, Brenda, Cheryl, Steven and James; 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and one more on the way. Also left to cherish his memory are many nieces and nephew; and his beloved wife, Myra.

Manny will be greatly missed.
