Norman Ray Snyder, 72, of Margate, FL passed peacefully surrounded by family on January 5, 2023. Born in Ohio on March 10, 1950, he was the fifth of eight children to William and Helen Snyder.

Norman was raised outside of Cleveland. In his twenties his put himself through college. It was around this time he met Donna, his wife of 42 years.

One of the moments he treasured most was the day he adopted Donna's two young boys and became a father.

Although sometimes stubborn, Norman was also an extremely patient and kind man. He was always available to help anyone in need and especially enjoyed fixing things or tinkering in his free time.

Norman worked for IBM, where he would later retire from after 30 plus years as senior IT specialist.

Norman is survived by his wife, Donna; their children, William "Bill" (Nao) Snyder and Kevin Snyder; and grandchildren, Kyle, Ayden, Jasper and Ariella. Also left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Bill (Leah) Snyder, Karen Widlund, Sue Russell, Nancy (David) Sevenbergen, Betty (Tom) Werner, Jim (Karen) Snyder, and Helen Guggenbiller.
