Ralph John
Amato
Nov 8, 1942 — Mar 10, 2021
Ralph John Amato, 78, of Tamarac, FL passed away on March 10, 2021.
Here was a man whose greatest pleasure was being a grandfather to 17 grandchildren, a father to 7 children and countless others who needed a father figure to offer advice or a helping hand. Throughout his life he was dedicated to his immediate and extended family, there was always
room for one more person at the dinner table. His love of travel, cooking and learning made his life one new experience after another. He expressed his love of family and friends through cooking and providing a warm and comfortable home. Skilled in many varieties and styles of
cooking but his favorites were Italian and Chinese.
In addition, throughout his life our father owned, developed and operated several successful businesses and he believed that striving to be the best along with pride of ownership makes a person successful. Success and respect were earned and not an entitlement which is how his family was raised. He believed that peace at any price and both sides need to have a win to create the best deals for both parties.
He was a rare man with an innate understanding of enjoying family and friends. He will be sorely missed and his whole family will have to work hard to fill his shoes. Pops rest in peace and know you will be sorely missed and a lot of people love you and know you were taken to early.
Ralph is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sarah; children, Ralph, Jr. (Mila), Dina (Charlie), Lisa (Chris), Elizabeth (Jimmy), Leslie (Manolo), and Crystal (Zubair); grandchildren, Alex, Desiree, Nick, Brianna, Jessica, Caitlin, Brennan, Kamran, Sophia, Daryoush, Alex, Avisheh, Anthony, Nicholas, Dominic, and Christian; and great grandchildren, Darius, Noah and Cyrus.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30AM on Monday, March 15, 2021 at St. Malachy Catholic Church with entombment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
