Rolando Lingad
Yambao
Jun 3, 1955 — Oct 19, 2025
Guestbook and Livestream instructions are below the obituary.
Rolando "Jojo" Lingad Yambao, 70, of Coral Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025. Born on June 3, 1955, in Lubao, Pampanga, Philippines, he was the seventh of twelve children born to the late Arsenio and Beatriz Yambao.
Jojo was a man of faith, determination, and deep devotion to his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Elizabeth "Beth" Yambao; his sons, Roel (Sabrina) Yambao and Michael Yambao; grandchildren, Valerie, Natalie, and Noah; and his many brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arsenio and Beatriz, and by his siblings Dolores, Rodrigo, Estrellita, Clarita, and Thelma.
Hardworking and strong-willed, Jojo took great pride in providing for his family. He often held multiple jobs at once and never shied away from doing whatever was needed to ensure his loved ones were taken care of. He lived his life with strength, resilience, humor, and conviction. A proud and devoted Lolo, he cherished every moment with his grandchildren, doting on them with love and never missing a chance to share their accomplishments with friends and family.
Jojo had a natural ability to connect with people. He never met a stranger and had a gift for turning acquaintances into lifelong friends. His conversations could last for hours, filled with stories, laughter, and warmth. He was generous with his time, his friendship, and his heart — always ready to talk or share a laugh.
A man guided by faith, Jojo was a longtime parishioner of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Coral Springs, where he served faithfully as an usher for many years.
Though his passing leaves a deep void, Jojo's spirit, laughter, and love for family will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.
